Why this helps the operator queue
Last surge season, operators in our area were handling 50–80 applications a day. Most of the queue time was data entry. With a pre-printed PDF, the operator simply scans the customer’s Aadhaar, validates against the printed details and uploads. Per-application time drops from 7 minutes to 2.5 minutes — queues shrink, customers smile, operator earns more per hour.
