By using Gnseva at gnseva.com (“the Service”), you agree to these terms.

1. License

The Service is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use (including cyber cafes and CSC operators). You may not resell, white-label, sub-license or rehost any Gnseva tool without written permission from Ganraj E-Service Pvt. Ltd.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use any Gnseva tool to forge IDs, certificates or government documents.
• Do not modify documents you are not legally authorised to modify.
• Do not attempt to decompile, mass-scrape or attack the Service.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. We make no guarantee that every output will be flawless on every device. Always verify before printing important documents.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ganraj E-Service Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages from use or inability to use the Service.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Maharashtra, India.
