How to Pre-Fill the PM Kisan Self-Declaration Form & Print It for Your CSC
PM Kisan Samman Nidhi pays eligible Indian farmers ₹6,000 a year in three installments. New beneficiaries must self-declare their land holding, bank details and Aadhaar. This tool fills the standard self-declaration on screen, generates a clean A4 PDF you can print and take to any CSC for biometric verification + submission.
Required documents checklist (built into the PDF)
- Aadhaar card (front + back) — use our Aadhaar Crop Tool.
- Bank passbook front page (with account + IFSC) — use WhatsApp Print Editor.
- Land record (7/12 utara or Gat number proof) for landholding.
- Recent passport-size photograph (35×45 mm) — use Passport Photo Maker.
- Mobile number — same as registered with Aadhaar for OTP.

How the CSC submission works
- Carry the printed pre-filled PDF + all documents from the checklist.
- The CSC operator scans your Aadhaar, captures biometric, uploads documents.
- Application status visible at pmkisan.gov.in within 7–14 days.
- First installment credited to your bank account within 30 days of approval.
Why pre-fill on paper?
CSC operators handle 30–60 applications per day during PM Kisan registration camps. Pre-filling at home saves 5–7 minutes per application at the counter, reduces typos, and keeps your name and address consistent with bank records. The printed PDF also serves as a record of what was submitted.

Is this an official government form?
No. It’s a printing aid using the standard self-declaration fields. Final submission is via official PM Kisan portal/CSC.
Will my data be uploaded?
Never. All processing is in your browser.
Will the CSC accept this printout?
Most CSCs use this format. The pre-filled details speed up portal entry but the operator still needs your Aadhaar OTP/biometric.
Can I save my entry?
Not yet — browser-storage save on roadmap.
Output language?
English only currently. Marathi version coming Q1 2026.
What if my name in Aadhaar has a typo?
Correct it via UIDAI first. PM Kisan matches name with Aadhaar exactly.
Multiple landholdings?
Add primary survey number; mention others in CSC interview.
If I’m an income tax payer, am I eligible?
Paid IT filers are excluded.
What if I don’t have a smart phone?
Use any cyber cafe to print this PDF; submission at CSC.
Will my mobile number be needed for OTP?
Yes, must be linked with Aadhaar.
How much money will I get?
₹6,000 / year in 3 installments of ₹2,000 each.
When will the first installment arrive?
Within 30–45 days of approved registration.
