How to Use the WhatsApp Print Editor

The whole flow takes under 30 seconds once you do it twice. Follow the 8 steps below.

1. Upload the WhatsApp photo using the “Choose WhatsApp Photo” button.
2. Click Show 4-Corner Pins. Four pink dots appear on the editor.
3. Drag each pin to a corner of the actual paper inside the photo. Be precise.
4. Click Straighten Now. The document is flattened into a clean rectangle.
5. Click Auto Enhance — this fixes lighting and shadows automatically.
6. Click Whiten BG to remove dark or grey background and save ink.
7. (Optional) Choose Grayscale or Pure B&W for the cleanest text.
8. Hit Download A4 Print PDF. Done. Print it.

Pro Tips

• Use the Magic Eraser brush on dust marks, stamps you don’t want, or stray pen lines.
• For ID cards, click the PAN or Voter ID template to auto-size to standard dimensions.
• If you make a mistake, Undo works for the last 20 actions. Reset All returns to the original photo.
• For maximum speed on mobile, keep the original photo under 8 MP.
